In general, the task of management is not to eliminate all existing problems within the organization, but to focus on problems significant for the current stage of the life cycle, address them, and move on to the next stage. This manual presents cases for assessing the stage of the organizational life cycle, analyzing organizational behavior, and management directions at various stages of the life cycle. The publication is intended for students studying in the fields of 38.04.01 “Economics” and 38.04.02 “Management” in the master's program.
