On a fine day in Central Park, Frank Castle's family was killed in a hail of gang bullets. In response, Norman secured the support of the Hood and superpowered criminals of New York to root out Frank and Henry. The heroes barely survived the attack, but now they are scattered and weakened. Osborn will take advantage of this.
