Broken Girls

Aidlwild Hall has always been a gloomy place. In the 1950s, it housed a boarding school for troubled girls — troublemakers, illegitimate children, those with developmental issues. It was rumored that a ghost lived there, and locals preferred to avoid... it. The boarding school was closed after the mysterious disappearance of a student, one of four close friends. Nearly half a century later, a girl's body was found near the abandoned building. A guy she dated was accused and subsequently convicted of her murder.
Another twenty years later, a horrifying discovery during renovation work at Aidlwild Hall links these two tragic cases and leads to terrible secrets from a more distant past.
