The Suicide Club

"The Suicide Club" is the first cycle of stories by the Scottish writer and poet Robert Louis Stevenson about the adventures of Prince Florizel of Bohemia and his loyal assistant Colonel Geraldine. In search of adventures, they join the mysterious Suicide Club, in which every day a killer and a victim are determined by cards, thus helping people leave this world without scandal. The work is adapted by linguist Alexandra Smirnova for the A2 level of English language proficiency. For the reader's convenience, the text is accompanied by comments and a dictionary.
