The Hunchback of Notre-Dame

The famous historical novel by Hugo.
It is thanks to its appearance that we can admire one of the most beautiful Gothic cathedrals in the world — in the very heart of Paris. Hugo drew attention to the cathedral with his... work, and he did it intentionally, as Notre-Dame was about to be demolished. The author did not hide that the main character of his novel is the cathedral of Notre-Dame itself.
But the reader will undoubtedly remember the vivid images of this book — the beautiful gypsy Esmeralda, the noble and kind-hearted hunchback Quasimodo, the treacherous priest tormented by forbidden feelings for Esmeralda, and many others. This novel, as well as the musical based on it, whose songs we all know almost by heart, will leave no one indifferent.
