For many years, the Solin Russel family ran a wedding dress salon in Paris, where true magic happened. The bride who wore a dress from Russel was promised a happy future. But World War II turned the Solin family's life... upside down... Losing faith in love, she hid her memories and shattered dreams in a box and left behind the mysterious craft.
Decades pass. Boston artist Aurora Grant, whose fiancé disappeared in Africa several months ago, tries to cope with the loss.
