English. Workbook 9th grade Part 1

The collection of exercises on English grammar by Y. B. Golitsynsky is widely used in the educational process of general education institutions in Russia and the CIS countries. The uniqueness of the methodology used in the manual lies in the... possibility of thorough practice and consolidation of the material on the basic grammatical topics. The proposed workbook for the 9th grade (in two parts) is created based on the materials of the collection. Part one (A) contains tasks and exercises for independent work of students, contributing to the assimilation, activation, and systematization of lexical and grammatical material on the following topics: article, noun, pronouns some, any, no, every and their derivatives, degrees of comparison of adjectives, prepositions, use of tenses, passive voice, tense agreement, indirect speech. The tasks and exercises differ in a variety of formats. The workbook provides double numbering of exercises. The second number of each exercise allows for checking the correctness of its completion according to the publication Grammar: Keys to Exercises / Y. B. Golitsynsky.
