This book contains the biographical works of the author, providing a definition of yoga and a description of Patanjali's yoga. This entire work is the result of inspiration from the words of Patanjali, whose wisdom flows through the eight petals (ashtanga) of yoga, namely yama, niyama, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and samadhi. Their synthetic description aims to ignite the interest of readers and inspire them to practice yoga.
