A competition has been announced to create the perfect district, and this is your chance to shine!

How many pools should you build? How many parks should you create? Maybe you should group these houses together? Now, it's time to finish... building them – let's call in additional workers! It's time to raise the prices!

In each round, choose one of three development options. Build house after house, following a logical numbering. Apply special effects. Combine houses into groups.
