Block called Kuzmin's "Wings" - marvelous, GumiLev considered the best story to be "Aunt Sonya's Couch." However, all of Mikhail Kuzmin's early prose should be recognized as crystal, pure, platonic, and beautiful. Readers forever bestowed the title of "king of aesthetes" upon the author.
