English from the very beginning

The book is designed for teaching the basics of the English language to children of preschool and early school age and consists of a cycle of 30 lessons with a unified plot and recurring characters - forest dwellers.
Learning to read... begins with the alphabet. The child writes out each letter and performs tasks to memorize it. As the child masters the alphabet and reading rules, the lessons take the form of a story about the adventures of the characters, into whose narrative framework English expressions are skillfully woven, which the child repeats after the adult.
All songs, rhymes, and stories are recorded on a compact disc. Their listening helps the child to master new material, understand spoken English, and practice correct pronunciation.
The manual can be used as a main or additional course in group classes or for individual sessions with the child.
