Victoria Popova is an artist and illustrator who designed almost all the books of Maria Gripé and Jean-Claude Mourlevat, "Difficult Numbers" by Ingrid Ovedi Walden, "Ilza Janda - about fourteen" by Christine Nöstlinger, "Theater of Gianni Rodari".
Victoria was born in Moscow to a family of artists and grew up around artists. Her grandparents lived on the same floor and were very close to Mai Miturich, who drew his own Mowgli from the little mother of the artist. She graduated from the Moscow Academic Art Lyceum and GITIS RATi with a degree in "theater and film artist".
