On the eve of Christmas, the people of Gotham are worried not about the pre-holiday hustle but one question: who will don the bloody crown next? The big joker, the Joker, has declared a hunt for people in the city.... He has set up cameras in various places throughout Gotham, broadcasting a countdown to a sniper attack. Anyone could fall victim to a precise shot, and may Batman help them all. The Gothamites are panicking and leaving the city, the Gotham City Police Department is engaged in a complex and dangerous game to stay one step ahead, but the Joker has several amusing tricks up his sleeve for the cops breathing down his neck. Can they protect their city from the threat of a murderous madman?…
