Physics: Control Work: Kinematics: Grades 10-11

This manual contains control works intended for assessing the knowledge of students in grades 10-11 in the section of Kinematics. The manual is divided into 2 parts. The first part includes the control works themselves, while the second part contains detailed explanations of their solutions. Both parts can be conveniently separated from each other and the control works from the first part can be used as handout material directly in class lessons. Each of the 6 topics in the section on Kinematics includes 5 control works, consisting of 10 tasks of varying difficulty levels. Their content is similar to that provided in the Open Bank of Tasks and used in the Unified State Exam (USE) in physics. If physics lessons are paired, as is the case in science-oriented lyceums and gymnasiums of a natural science profile, the teacher can suggest that students complete the entire control work, while in a regular 45-minute lesson it is sufficient to solve half of the tasks at the teacher's discretion. All tasks correspond to the physics curriculum for high school and reliably assess the knowledge level of high school students. The manual will be useful for high school students, applicants, and tutors. The manual will greatly assist teachers in preparing and conducting assessments of students' knowledge on control works, tests, seminars, and exams.
