Geometry: Learn to Solve Problems in Various Ways. Boost Your Brain! Advanced Level

The proposed book is dedicated to solving the same problem in different ways. The number of methods presented ranges from 2 to 13, using original ideas and solution methods that enhance the level and quality of knowledge necessary for successfully passing the state exam (EGE) in mathematics at the advanced level and winning at various olympiads. Solving the same problem in different ways allows for a more thorough exploration of the properties of geometric figures and identifying the simplest solutions. The method found is often used later when solving more difficult problems. In doing so, the student develops their creative abilities, fosters cognitive interest, and cultivates research skills. The book contains three paragraphs, the first two of which include detailed solutions and justifications for plane geometry problems. At the end of the second paragraph, there are problems for independent solving with provided answers. The third paragraph features selected problems applying the Pythagorean theorem, which are only mentioned in the geometry textbook. Additionally, the book includes brief theoretical information covering the entire geometry curriculum for grades 7-9. The book is aimed at students in grades 7-11, applicants, mathematics teachers, tutors, and all mathematics enthusiasts.
