The dictionary contains 5,000 Russian words and 5,000 Russian sentences, 5,000 Latvian words and 5,000 Latvian sentences, grouped by 100 different topics, including about 400 sections:... car, army, architecture, airport, bank, hospital, time, geographical names, city, money, etc.
The dictionary provides phonetic transcription of all Latvian words. At the end of the dictionary, there are two indexes of Russian and Latvian words, containing the topic numbers where they are found. The alphabetical indexes of all Latvian and Russian capitalized words allow the dictionary to be used as a regular (bilingual) dictionary if necessary. The dictionary can be used for studying both Latvian and Russian. It is a great addition to any self-study guide, textbook, or foreign language course.

Vardnīca satur 5 000 krievu vārdus un 5 000 krievu teikumus, 5 000 latviešu vārdus un 5 000 latviešu teikumus, kuri ir sagrupēti pēc 100 dažādiem tematiem, kuros ietilpst 400 nodaļas: automobile, armija, arhitektūra, lidosta, banka, slimnīca, laiks, ģeogrāfiskie nosaukumi, pilsēta, nauda utt.
.Vardnīcā ir latviešu vārdu fonētiskā transkripcija. Vardnīcas beigās ir latviešu un krievu vārdu alfabētiskais rādītājs ar tēmatu numuriem, kuros tie sastopami. Visu latviešu un krievu nosaukuma vārdu alfabētiskie rādītāji ļauj izmantot šo vārdnīcu kā parastu (bilingvālu) vārdnīcu. Vardnīcu var izmantot mācoties gan latviešu valodu, gan krievu valodu.
