The season of Bare Trees is upon us again, and with it come cold and hunger to the forest just recovering from illness.
Meanwhile, the message of the star spirits remains unchanged: to survive, the cats must find their home, grow, and expand like the Shining Star.
Clear Sky believes that the only way for all is to reunite under his leadership. However, other cats are not ready for such a union and interpret the words of their ancestors in their own way.
The time of choice has come - each leader must determine for themselves where their soul lies and where their camp will be located. Long Shadow chooses the pine forest without hesitation, Wobbly River has long claimed territory by the river, for Swift Wind, nothing is better than the heather moor, and Clear Sky is now ready to accept any cat in his forest.
The others must decide for themselves whom to follow and hope that this choice will prove to be the right one.
And they have less and less time, as the suspicious strays from the former gang of the treacherous One-Eye seem to be up to something again...
