ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Usually, order processing takes 1–2 business days. During busy periods, the processing time may increase to 3–5 business days.

Items with the status “On Order” are requested directly from the publisher. In such cases, the waiting time will be from 2 weeks.

DELIVERY TIME AND COST

Orders within the EU are delivered by courier services DPD, HRX, DHL.

The delivery cost is calculated individually for each country. You can check the exact amount in the shopping cart or during checkout.

Delivery time — 5–12 business days after the order has been shipped.

*Delivery to islands (Cyprus, Canary Islands, Malta, Greek islands, etc.) is always paid and carried out by Latvian Post — Eksprespasts. The price is calculated based on the weight and volume of the order.

• Payment with an electronic gift card (only in the online store). You can purchase it in the “Gift Card” section
