The transformational game "Women's Lands" is a journey game, an immersion game, it is a process game. We invite women to gather in a circle to feel each other nearby, to sense the touch of stories, perspectives, similarities, and differences. It provides an opportunity to explore their lands. We invite women to reflect on each other, to mirror in different images, in different stories, to be in the circle as in a supportive space, caring, and healing. The space of women's lands reflects a natural, living, cyclical process. We invite women to experience in the game the processes of meeting and manifesting archetypes and their power.
The women's circle in the game becomes a healing space, where each participant can connect with the manifestation of different archetypal forces, to meet within themselves the warrior, the mother, the hermit, and other manifestations of their feminine nature... The circle, gathering women around the fire, speaks of the fact that there is a place for everyone here. There is a place for you here.
A feature of this game is the process itself. Here we offer the woman not to follow a vector movement, not to move from point A to point B. Not to move from the point "what do I want to change" to the point "I have definitely changed." We propose through the journey of their lands, through contact with different archetypes, through reflection in women's eyes, and through uniting in a healing circle to experience the process, rather than chase after the result. The very process that unfolds in the game will be the subtle healing substance for the changes that the woman herself wants to invite into her life.
The goal of the game is to experience the process of one's feminine value and integrity, to recognize personal volume and fullness of manifestation through feminine archetypes, to discover their feminine lands. The value of saying to oneself - "I have a place here", addressing both light and darkness, and embracing the power of both within oneself.
Tasks of the game:
• to observe one's rhythms and cycles, to meet different versions of oneself;
• to recognize one's shadow, to encounter the dark and seizing, uncomfortable and forbidden within oneself;
• to observe how inner strength can unfold - in what actions, relationships, contacts;
• to meet the facets of oneself through archetypal manifestations;
• to know oneself through female archetypes: one's volume, depth, experience, connection with the inner space;
• to observe in which archetypal parts there is a lack of resources, which archetypal parts can be sources of strength and support;
• to find answers for oneself - who am I, what do I want, how do I want to be positioned in my life or in a particular life sphere.
The task of the game is to strengthen contact with one's feminine identity, to cultivate one's maturity and value. To be aware, to deepen, to observe, to discern, to take and apply the strengths that are present within, and that we observe in the game and embody in the game through archetypes.
The game is variable in its application: to lead in women's circles, to use as a tool for play practitioners, to form therapeutic women's groups based on the game, to organize thematic meetings, retreats, and other spaces for women. The game is applicable in group format, individual format, and also in the format of self-discovery.
The game can be led by specialists - play practitioners, psychologists, educators, specialists in helping professions. The game can also be led without special training, relying on the manual. The game can become an effective tool in the hands of a woman - one who explores her feminine nature and helps other women in this.
