The monograph presents the main theories and concepts of neurogenesis, the formation of psychosomatic disorders, describes the phenomenology and semiotics of neurotic and stress-related, somatoform, and psychosomatic disorders, analyzes the structure of the personality of a potential neurotic, a neuro-resistant individual, and the characteristic premorbid features of individuals prone to neurotic and psychosomatic types of reactions.
