"I was fortunate to meet in America the spiritual children of Saint John of Shanghai, who underwent terrible trials and witnessed the most tragic cataclysms of the 20th century. Among them was Baroness Rida von Luelsdorf, whose memories inspired me to create this tale," writes the author.
Olga Leonidovna Rozhnova is the author of many beloved books. She is a laureate of the annual competition of the Publishing Council of the Russian Orthodox Church "Enlightenment through the Book" (2014). A philologist, an expert of the English language and Romance-Germanic philology, the writer has found herself in the genre of Orthodox prose.
