Allegro Pastel

Tanya Arnhaim's debut novel "Panopticum 2.0" became cult-like, and in a few weeks she will turn 30. She looks out of her window at the Berlin park "Hare's Hollow" and awaits fiery ideas for her new book. Her friend, in-demand web designer Jerome Daimler, is five years older and lives in a parental bungalow in Maintal near Frankfurt, trying to perceive his life as a spiritual journey. The couple's long-distance relationship seems flawless. They constantly maintain a close connection through words and images, and on weekends, they sometimes visit each other in their separate worlds. Jogging in the reserve, meditating in provincial Maintal, active communication, and sexually-oriented adventures in Berlin—Jerome and Tanya are open with each other and do not lose themselves in this relationship. Their parents, girlfriends, friends, and depressive relatives demonstrate the sufferings from which Tanya and Jerome are well protected. However, their desire to preserve a connection that contains neither boredom nor pain becomes a serious challenge for the couple.

"Allegro Pastel" is a new love story, almost a normal love story and its transformations. The novel, divided into three phases, begins in an abnormally warm spring of 2018.
