Board Game - Flourish

The abandoned forest valley, having lost its former beauty and picturesque charm, can still be revived. And this challenging task is within your reach! The most important thing is to show perseverance, and soon tender grass will again grow around... the dried-up streams, breaking through the hard ground, and the forest inhabitants will rest in the shade of spreading trees, returning to drink.
 The entire surrounding landscape, thanks to your efforts, will again delight the eyes, but all this will not happen immediately, so it's time to get to work!


"Flourish" is an abstract board game with many tactical possibilities. Players will place pleasant-to-the-touch wooden domino tiles and plant tokens on the game board, capturing territories and gaining influence. All this will help accumulate coveted victory points during the game.
How to play?
Prepare the game board by placing sunflower and cloud tokens on it, as well as the joker token. Participants, having chosen their color and received game tablets, cover all the plant cells on them with tokens of the corresponding types and colors. After that, everyone receives a certain number of domino tokens (depending on the number of players). After determining the order of turns, you can start the game.

On their turn, a player performs several actions in a certain order: first, they must place one domino token on the board, adhering to the placement conditions, or return it to the box. If the domino token is placed on the board, a plant token can be placed in an adjacent free cell, earning points for it. Points are also awarded if an area is completed. If necessary, a domino token is drawn from their supply, after which the turn passes to the next player in a clockwise direction. By the way, note that at any moment during their turn, players can use cloud tokens to perform certain cloud actions: change the animal-joker, make another move, or return plant tokens from the game board to their tablet.
When all domino tokens are finished, the game is declared over, and the participants tally their points. Points are awarded for cloud tokens, while points are subtracted for remaining plant tokens on the tablets. Additionally, gathered sunflower tokens and the specified number of points on them are taken into account.

The participant who scored the most points is declared the winner and the main savior of the forest valley.
