Gotham is shaken by a new wave of murders: victims poisoned with the collectible series stamps "Geniuses of Comedy" are found everywhere… The presumed culprit is quickly caught, and it turns out to be none other than the JOKER, the Clown Prince of Crime. But this time the criminal is not facing confinement in Arkham Asylum – the scoundrel is set to be sent straight to the electric chair!
