Jonathan Safran Foer is the author of "Everything Is Illuminated," a recipient of numerous literary awards, including the Guardian First Book Prize for Best Debut Book, the National Jewish Book Award for Best Book on a Jewish Theme, and the New York Public Library Young Lions Prize.
