In search of pearls, Captain Van Toh discovers unusual creatures near the islands of the Pacific Ocean. They resemble salamanders but possess intelligence and, as it turns out, learn quickly. Van Toh wants to help these hardworking beings and begins... to settle them among humans. Thus began a new chapter in the history of the salamanders, who gradually evolved.
