The merchant continues his journey with the Wise Wolf Holo. Having made good money in the city of Passio, Lawrence sells first-class pepper, buys armor, and initiates a very profitable deal in the northern church town of Rubinhaigen, the gateway... to the lands of the pagans. But he falls into a trap, and even Holo, who calls herself the Wise Wolf, cannot immediately figure out how to get out of trouble.
