Little Ragamuffin = The True History of a Little Ragamuffin

The book is an adaptation of the novel by the famous English writer James Greenwood (1833-1929) "The True History of a Little Ragamuffin" about a boy named Jim, who was forced to become a vagrant and a thief, but managed... to return to an honest life thanks to his integrity and the help of true friends.
This manual will help high school students prepare for the state final examination in English.
The text of the manual is adapted for educational purposes to the Pre-Intermediate level. Each chapter is accompanied by commentary, a translation of difficult words and expressions, as well as exercises aimed at developing the students' communicative competence. The exercises will help form communication skills in reading, writing, speaking, as well as develop vocabulary and grammatical skills.
At the end of the manual, there are answers to most tasks, an English-Russian dictionary, as well as a test in the OGE format with keys.
