Glass Breakage

How did a petty thief, accidentally ending up in the town of Malye Vishery, become a classic of Russian literature overnight? Why is it forbidden to wash windows in the town? Why do neighbors steal tricolor kittens?

Mikhail Perlovsky. Graduated from the Faculty of Electronics and Mathematics. By second education - theater director.
