Arkham Psychiatric Hospital has become home to many of Batman's most wicked enemies, including the most dangerous of them all – the Joker.
No psychiatrist or psychotherapist has ever succeeded in overcoming the madness that has imprisoned the mind of the... Joker. In fact, many of them have succumbed to insanity in their quest for success.
But Dr. Ben Arnell knows for sure that this will not happen to him. He has no doubt that he will be the one to find the person in the depths of madness and… cure him.
