Wilson Fisk, the former leader of the criminal world, now a prisoner, decided to make a deal with Iron Man: he will use his connections to help track down Captain America and his anti-registration underground in exchange for a reconsideration... of his sentence. If he wants to survive, he will have to meet a certain mysterious figure known as The Consultant… if he even exists.
