Wilson Fisk, the former leader of the criminal world, now a prisoner, decided to make a deal with Iron Man: he will use his connections to help track down Captain America and his anti-registration underground in exchange for a reconsideration of his sentence. But can we trust Kingpin? What dangerous game is he playing? And how will the criminals of the Marvel universe be forced to change their approach in light of the Civil War?

The seasoned villain Jackie Dio has just come out of the "Cage" and is already looking for trouble. Tracking down one of his old associates from the criminal world, he will discover that much has changed during his absence... and now he has far more problems than he anticipated. If he wants to survive, he will have to meet a certain mysterious figure known as The Consultant… if he even exists.
