Meditation on method, to correctly direct one's mind and search for truth in the sciences" — the most famous work of René Descartes, in which he formulates a rational method of scientific knowledge. Descartes invites the reader to become acquainted with the mode of reasoning that allowed him to penetrate the essence of things and phenomena and arrive at reliable conclusions.
