I Want to Read: For Children 5-6 Years Old. Part 1

The aim of this manual is to teach the child to read syllabically, to write words and sentences in print letters. At the same time, the child learns to distinguish between vowel and consonant sounds and letters, hard and soft, voiced and voiceless consonants; to determine the stressed vowel and the number of syllables in a word.
The tasks are varied and contribute to the development of attention, thinking, and memory. The manual widely uses poems, riddles, tongue twisters, which enrich the child's vocabulary and develop their speech skills.

It is intended for educators of preschool educational institutions, tutors, and parents for activities with children both in kindergarten and at home.
