"I anticipate You. Years pass by…" Alexander Blok, whose name has become a symbol of the Silver Age, sought in love, beauty, and art a path to the transformation of man and the world. His poems — a history of spiritual wandering, capturing the hopes, doubts, and tragedies of the early 20th century.

The images of the Beautiful Lady and the mysterious Stranger, the disturbing visions of Petersburg, reflections on Russia, time, and the destiny of man make up Blok's poetic world, where the mystical is inseparable from the everyday, and the personal — from the fate of the country.

The collection includes selected poems from different years, as well as the iconic poems "The Twelve" and "Scythians," in which the poet rethought the revolutionary era and the future of Russia.
