Prisoners of Old Moscow

After moving from Novosibirsk, Katerina and German Trubnikov are looking for an apartment in Moscow, and they choose a spacious residence in an old building. During the renovation, an event occurs that is hard to take as a coincidence: three workers die simultaneously from a heart attack. Instead of giving up the purchase, the heroine tries to understand what happened here before and why this particular apartment seems to pull along a chain of misfortunes. Gradually, the search leads her to stories from sixty years ago, where the past of Moscow turns out to be too close to the present.
