The Secret of the House with Agapanthus: Flora and Josephine

Flora, a successful American gallery owner, desperately needs refuge – she has made accusations against a well-known person, and the resonance of this lawsuit is starting to seriously affect her life and work.

However, there is one matter she has been putting off: selling the house in Normandy that she inherited. But upon her arrival, Flora is suddenly surrounded by so many memories of childhood and family, friendly neighbors, and the wonders of nature that she does not want to part with the mansion.

And how can she leave when she suddenly discovers a mysterious package on her doorstep containing a kaleidoscope, sketches, and a fragment of a manuscript? Flora quickly realizes that this is the story of her grandmother Josephine and her great-grandfather, once a famous artist. Who sent her this fragment and why? Why was the manuscript never published? Did her great-grandfather really bequeath secret paintings to his daughters that never saw the light of day? And how is all of this connected to the rare orange diamond that went missing decades ago?

Flora intends to delve into her grandmother's history and uncover the secrets that have poisoned her family's life for years, to shed light on old mysteries and perhaps become a little closer to her dearest loved ones.
