The Dawn of the Harvest

In Panem, the 50th Hunger Games are approaching — the Second Quarter Quell. According to its rules, each district must send twice as many tributes to the Capitol. A young man from District 12 wants the Reaping to be over quickly. After it, he plans to spend the rest of the day with his family and his girlfriend. But his name is called in the square. Along with him, they choose Luella McCoy, who is almost like a younger sister to him, the betting hustler Wyatt Callow, and the arrogant Maisily Donner. Four teenagers are sent to the Capitol. In the arena, they will have to fight for their lives, but the main threat lies beyond it.
