Lex Raut. Imperial Hunter

After the events of the first part, the main character accepts an offer that saves him from execution but makes him dependent on the Empire and its secret structures. Now he serves in a special corps of hunters for mages and other dangerous beings. Together with his partners, he finds himself drawn into investigations, conspiracies, and a chain of tasks where every decision is influenced by external interests. The story is not only about encounters with dark magic but also about the political games surrounding the imperial court. The narrative moves quickly: it features many dialogues, battles, sarcastic remarks, and situations where the cost of a mistake is too high.
