Alexey Budnik was born in Moscow in the same maternity hospital named after Grauer-Mon on the Old Arbat, where Bulat Okudzhava was born in 1924, and later Galina Khomchik. A native Muscovite. Since birth, he lived with his parents on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. He graduated from the road construction faculty of MADI.
