The Meowing Detective

Lisa Martin, a bestselling detective author and avid cat lover, is suffering from a creative crisis. For the summer, she moves to a small town in Gloucestershire, where she rents a cottage. Lisa is seeking inspiration and is determined to write her next book - otherwise, she will lose her contract and have to return the advance. Accompanying the writer to pastoral England, where people are kind and friendly, and yet hide many secrets, is her cat Whiskers.
