The Bloody King

The action takes place in Terra. King Vidar is known as a ruler who understands the value of death and lives by the ancient laws of his kingdom. His power is tied not only to the throne but also to curses, past mistakes, and the desire to set things right. This order is disrupted by a Malvarian witch, whom he initially wants to get rid of. A rare magical bond forms between them. It alters the balance of power and transforms the confrontation into a personal conflict, where irritation, fear, curiosity, and attraction stand side by side. Inside the novel — political and magical intrigues, dangerous rituals, dark magic, and the struggle against what can no longer be simply forgotten. The story is sustained by the tension between two strong figures and gradually reveals the cost of power, feelings of guilt, and attempts to regain control over one's own fate.
