Bird Island is home to Dilly, a source of creative inspiration. It is thanks to it that she became a successful artist. But there is no reason to rest on her laurels, especially after going through a lot and feeling like giving up. Especially when the man you loved turned out to be a scammer who only wanted to take your fortune.
Dilly is not going to give up. She continues to paint, gives painting lessons to local residents, and thinks about future exhibition concepts. And, lucky for her, a historic property goes up for auction: the legendary lighthouse of Bird Island, important not only for the local community but also for her family. Dilly feels that fate itself is telling her to fight for it.
But it's not that simple. Just when Dilly manages to forget her past love, her first teacher Max appears on the island, once completely unattainable, but now? It seems their attraction to each other is mutual, and Dilly can hardly believe it: a wonderful man, her beloved career, and a lighthouse that holds a piece of her family's history. Dilly's life seems to be just one step away from perfection. If nothing suddenly prevents her from taking that step.
