Textbook of Modern Hebrew for Beginners. Part 1

This edition is the first textbook at the beginner level of modern Hebrew, aimed at Russian-speaking learners—both grammatically and lexically, as well as thematically. The textbook was prepared by the Department of Judaica of the Institute of Asian and African Studies of Lomonosov Moscow State University and is intended for first-year students, but can also be used in the informal education system and for self-study of the language. The theoretical part—a detailed and accessible grammar—is accompanied by texts and exercises.
