Seven Chapters of Chabad

The book by Rabbi Chaim Dalfan, a renowned researcher of Hasidism, is dedicated to the leaders of Chabad - starting from the founder of the Chabad teachings, Rabbi Schneur-Zalman of Lyady, and ending with the seventh leader of the movement, Rebbe Menachem-Mendel Schneerson. Preserving the concept of succession, each of them made their invaluable contribution to the development and refinement of Chabad philosophy. The book also includes their bright statements - a kind of seeds of wisdom, which, once absorbed, can help determine the right direction and not lose one’s way.

Familiarizing oneself with all the chapters of Lubavitch Hasidism, the reader, we hope, will grasp three fundamental ideas of this book. Firstly, we tried to explain how each subsequent chapter of Chabad complemented the previous ones. Secondly, we showed that each of them made their unique contribution to Lubavitch Hasidism.
