For his debut novel ("The Former Son", 2014), Sasha Filipenko received the "Russian Prize" a year ago. On the first attempt — a first-degree diploma in the nomination "Major Prose." So how does one sit down to write the next book after that? Especially since the hero of "The Former Son," who charmed everyone, the author clearly "constructed from himself," his biography, his youthful impressions and feelings.
