The Wizard and the Witch

«The Wizard and the Witch» — a novella by Nik Perumov, part of the author's new cycle called «The Universe of Great Hierarchies». A cheerful but frivolous witch named Bri encounters a misfortune — unknown thieves have stolen her hut on chicken legs. Where, why, and how to find the abductors — and, most importantly, how to retrieve the stolen item? A wizard named Ivan comes to the rescue; but, of course, everything turns out to be far from as simple as it seems, and not what it appears to be.
