Guardian

Where princes and clerics, inquisitors and sorcerers cannot cope with evil, the apprentices of the Brotherhood of Guardians are called for help. People with the gift capable of seeing the unseen and stopping dark entities. Ludwig van Normayen is one of them. A free hunter of dark spawn, he travels from principality to principality, freeing the world from malevolent souls. He is awaited everywhere where inexplicable events occur, a brutal plague, and strange, unexpected deaths. Bones knock, demons howl, a black dagger with a sapphire handle glistens, the dead rise from their graves for a dance… But the guardian is used to seeing his work through to the end, no matter how difficult it may be.
