Dacha Residents. Love, friendship, family secrets, summer romances, and mosquitoes — in the stories of contemporary writers

"The book you hold in your hands is entirely dedicated to the dacha. As a place, as a phenomenon, as a starting point and measure of everything. It is a place where literature meets life. I wish you to read it in a hammock, under an old rough apple tree, under the sound of a lawnmower and children's laughter, and let it smell of currant leaves, just-watered phlox, and immortality. We all deserve this."
