Death in Paradise

Widowed Minnie Harper lives with her two children on the Greek island of Corfu, trying to maintain her home and accustomed way of life. But the fragile balance is disrupted by the arrival of a new neighbor – Steven Dorian, a famous detective novelist, a man with a difficult character and dubious reputation. In search of income, Minnie agrees to become his typist – and soon finds herself embroiled in the investigation of the murder of a young maid. Thus, she discovers a different Corfu – a paradise, behind the facade of which hide lies, old grievances, and deadly secrets, with the only ally being a man she trusts very little.
