An ancient legend says: a great dragon Lusud dwells in Lake Baikal. Whoever helps his children—the Baikal seals—will receive a reward: the fulfillment of any wish.
When the little seal Luffy is kidnapped, it seems there is no hope. But he manages to escape and find friends—the tiger cub Tig and the little leopard Leo. Now they embark on a dangerous journey through forests and mountains to bring the baby back home. But hot on their heels is Tengri-Khan—a ruthless lord of horses, dreaming of conquering the forest lands.
New allies come to aid the heroes: panda Zhu and monkey king Ukun. Each of them has a cherished wish that they would like to ask the dragon. But only Leo knows the truth: Lusud can grant only one request.
